The lady in the reception was so loud, rude and disrespectful, she was talking like screaming, my friend reacted to her and she didn’t let me in, I asked her to cancel my booking, she said she did, but still waiting to get my money back..

The location is rather special for me, right in the heart of red district. But everywhere can be reach by foot , the beach, the massage, food marketing . Great location overall ! The ladies working at the guesthouse are super welcoming & fun, they even offered to share dinner with me & made me feel safe and ease at home as I am a female travelling solo .

If you want a peaceful night of sleep then this is not the place coz Pattaya is the city that never sleeps, the noise can get pretty loud at night till morning but okay if you are tired from the trip for me I have no problem sleeping .

Nothing in particular. The AC works and the bed is comfortable enough.

I appreciate the quick room change once I discovered some issues with my initial room (bed bugs), but the new room did not have the same amenities as the first. The TV and fridge didn't work. I'm not sure if the room is normally for guest as there is a storage area access that staff sometimes needed to get to. Also, be aware that this place is located in active street so there will be noise late into the night. I was aware so it's not so much a penalty against the place, but inform future guest.

- The main receptionist is always active and working, and very helpful.- The location is good; nearby access to everything important, from restaurants to currency exchange shops, from the beach to the Market, etc. - Water and toiletries are provided every day. - Value for money. ( You may find cheaper rates online compared to walk-in rates! )

- The shared toilet is inside the (dormitory) room. Even the roommates next door will be sharing the toilets. This was very uncomfortable throughout my stay. - Not necessarily a minus factor for the hotel, but the guests need to understand that in a mixed dormitory they should not be talking on their phones loudly disturbing the other guests. Some of them were posting their vlogs, while recording audios on their beds!. Some of them were farting so loud, without any respect to themselves first and others next. One guest had even had a mini kitchen in his bed just because he is staying there for more than two weeks. I was literally staying at a friend's place the whole time only to avoid these weird uncaring guests.

- The toilet was very small. Despite being slim, I need to twist myself and adjust to close the toilet door. The shower was like a DIY setup, even the handwash pipes were not fixed to the ground.

Avoid at all cost! And those reception Ladies should be Fired!

Just an average capsule hostel, but the down side is two “ladies” at the Bar/reception with horrible attitude. And I couldn’t receive my deposit back due to weird working hours of this place. Also it’s located on a very busy and loud Bar street, so if you looking for a place to relax and get a good rest look elsewhere! I do not recommend this place!

Dirty

was booked for 4 nights and left after one. there’s an awful smell in the building/room, there was cockroaches dead and alive (one right next to the bed), there was dust/cobwebs & sticky substances on the walls, garbage and dirt on the floor by the bed, ants all over the bathroom and it was extremely loud all through the night (I understand that’s due to the location) but you can hear everything even with ear plugs in. mentioned the dirtiness and cockroaches when checking out early and it was taken very nonchalant..
